Vincent Leroy is a Research Scientist in the 3D Vision group. His work focuses on robust and accurate Human pose estimation and Visual Localization via keypoint detection and description.
He joined NAVER LABS Europe in 2019, after completing his PhD at the INRIA Rhônes-Alpes (France), in Computer Vision with the Morpheo team. Supervised by Edmond Boyer and Jean-Sébastien Franco, his work focused on performing and improving Multi-View Stereo Reconstruction of multi-camera mid scale dynamic scenes captured with the Kinovis platform, using 3D CNNs, and temporal information redundancy. He graduated from the engineering school CPE Lyon in 2015, specialized in Image Analysis and Synthesis.
