I joined what was then the Xerox Research Centre Europe in 1994 as a software engineer to strengthen available linguistic components.

In 2004 I took over the development of image processing and computer vision components and applications.

I have led the development of an experimental open services portal project since to create a central access point for publishing, discovering and testing R&D services.
