NAVER LABS Europe a member of new Marie Curie project SWEET
The SWEET project members from Europe, the Nordics and Asia will train the next generation of researchers in developing socially aware robots capable of perceiving, interpreting and appropriately responding to humans so that they seamlessly integrate in different environments.
SWEET, a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Industrial Doctoral Network project, takes an interdisciplinary approach, integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, human-robot interaction, computer vision, psychology, cognitive and social sciences. Doctoral candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, fostering close collaboration between academia and industry. The project has a strong focus on ethics, inclusivity and responsible robotics.
As a beneficiary and industry partner, NAVER LABS Europe will host and supervise a number of doctoral candidates, sharing LABS expertise in intelligent systems and HRI whilst also offering real-world application scenarios based on the company’s robotic services.
***Applications for the 15 PhD positions are now open***. Deadline is April 30th 2025.
